  1. How long are shipping times?

It takes 1-3 days to process each order, 3-5 days to receive a tracking number from the time item was purchased. Every order comes with free standard shipping. Orders should be expected to be received within 7 to 14 postal days. In some instances, delays may occur upon the transit from the postage carrier. When those instances do happen updates will be made by us or the postal carrier. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us may you need an update of your order. We provide each order with a tracking number you'll receive through email or text.


  1. What's your return policy?

Returns may be accepted within 14 days due upon delivery with a $5 fee. When your return is accepted, we will send you a shipping label for your returned item(s). 

To be eligible for a return, item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit.

We reserve the right to delay or deny a refund until items are actually received based on credible concerns surrounding potential fraud.

3.  Can I cancel my order?

Cancelations are possible within 30 minutes of first ordering your product.

  1. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us and we’ll get your order corrected.

  1. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges.
